The National League’s Chris Heal caught up with Fylde Rugby Community Foundation Manager, Phill Mills, recently in a feature article on its work.
Chris said: “Phill Mills’ enthusiasm for growing the game instantly comes across when we begin discussing the Fylde Rugby Community Foundation.”
Phill Mills says: “The reason that I am so passionate is that when I was at school, I never had any opportunity to play because there was no school team.”
