Following a public announcement made by Sedgley Park, Mark Nelson, Chairman of Rugby, Fylde RUFC, has made the following statement:
“It has been announced by Sedgley Park that Matt Sturgess has joined them for the upcoming season. For clarity, Sturgess has a year to run on his current Fylde contract and both clubs are in negotiation regarding release.”
