Fylde have named a mixed squad to take on Blackburn RUFC tomorrow (Sat 19th Aug) at their well appointed Ramsgreave Drive Ground, Blackburn, BB1 8NB. Kick off is at 14.30.
Two of the three announced newcomers, Valu Tanē Bentley and Ethan Hall-Lyon, are in the squad which also includes 14 regular 1st teamers last season. Injured and unavailable players have caused some selection difficulties.
The equivalent game a year ago at the Woodlands resulted in a high scoring (50-29) feast of 13 tries, with Fylde’s being notched by Harlan Corrie, Oli Parkinson (both carrying injuries at the moment), Adam Lanigan (2), Tom Forster, Matt Sturgess, Henry Higginson & Greg Smith.
The guys would appreciate plenty of vocal encouragement from the touchlines!
