Fylde Hawks, leaders of the NOWIRUL Premier Division, face a tough challenge to maintain their so far perfect ‘four victories our of four’ start to the season when they welcome Preston Grasshoppers 2nds to the Woodlands today (ko 15.00). ‘The Hoppers team are third in the league, having won three of their four fixtures so far.
The Hawks last game was a rather one sided affair when they visited an injury struck Rochdale 2nds team on the 28th Sept. When the match was terminated early after 60 minutes the Hawks led by 0-83.
The players would appreciate some decent vocal support so please come to the Woodlands this afternoon and cheer them on against our oldest friends and rivals.
