Fylde RUFC are offering an opportunity for an ambitious coach to join the Club for the coming season 23/24 with a specific role of coaching the Hawks (the Club’s 2nd XV) but also working alongside the 1st XV Coaching Group in general training sessions. The Hawks play in the NOWIRUL Premier League.
The successful candidate will prepare the side on Thursdays and run the team on the Saturday match days. They will work in conjunction with the 1st XV group in terms of selection and liaise with the senior rugby management team on logistics and organisation. There is also scope to identify new players to bring into the squad.
The post provides an excellent opportunity for a coach to work with talented adult players in a creative environment at a successful and ambitious National League Club.
There are expenses available, and potentially a basic remuneration package. However, the role is geared towards providing a real chance for an ambitious coach to take a significant step along their coaching pathway.
