As well as having rooms to suit any capacity, Fylde Rugby Club boasts extensive free car parking with easy access by either road or rail.
All rooms come with free dedicated staff team member for the day.
EVENTS
Our modern clubhouse offers excellent facilities for business meetings and conferences as well as private weddings, parties and other events which are well catered for by our in-house catering team.
ROOMS
We have 5 function rooms perfect for any event. Whether you are having a small get together with friends and family, to organising a fundraising ball – we have the rooms for you..
Situated in the main part of the building with panoramic views of the grounds. Private bar and even private hatch if you wish! This room can seat up to 100 guests (80 if you are having a dance floor) You can also hire the Malcolm Phillips Lounge as a seperate area for guests to relax away from the main room.
Situated on our ground floor. Light and airy room perfect for intimate lunches/dinners and also a great room for meetings and conferences.
Located on the first floor to the right of the building. This room is a good size to host for approx 60 guests (48 if having a dance floor) there is no bar in this room however all events will have waiting on service. You also have your own private balcony.
The Woodlands Suite is our largest room which can accommodate up to 216 seated guests. (with the use of the lounge for seating) 180 in the main room or 140 with a dance floor. You have the use of a large private balcony and private bar. The bar also has its own private lounge which can also be used as an entrance and place for the buffet.
This room is the small lounge adjacent to the Woodlands Suite but can be used as a private room for small dinners for up to 36 guests. This room can also be used for the bar area of the International room (depending on the availabitly of The Woodlands Suite) All rooms on the first floor are accessible by lift and ramp.
