Fylde fly-half Patrick Bishop joined the Club in the summer following a very successful career at Durham University, academically and in rugby terms. Following his undergraduate degree he undertook a Masters in Management and is looking for a career in corporate finance or a related sector. He has now been offered a suitable position with a company in London so sadly will be leaving the Club in the next few weeks.
Fylde Chairman of Rugby Mark Nelson said: “We are very sorry to lose Patrick but entirely understand his need to make a professional career move. He’s made a major contribution in his time at Fylde and everyone at the Club wishes him every success in his business and rugby careers. He and his very supportive family will always receive a warm welcome at the Woodlands!”
