With Caldy already assured of the championship of the NOWIRUL Premier Division, Fylde Hawks, Chester & Hoppers are chasing the runner up’s place, with Chester in 2nd place and the Hawks in 3rd, two points behind Chester. With three home games remaining, the Hawks will be hoping to snatch the 2nd spot if Chester drop any points.
This coming Saturday, the Hawks face Macclesfield at the Woodlands. The Cheshire team are 7th in the Premier Division. They would appreciate a big crowd to cheer them on (KO 15.00).
Fylde Vandals need just two more points to secure the championship of Division 3 (North) and promotion to Division 2 (North) in 2025-26. They have an 8 points lead over 2nd placed Blackburn with two matches for both teams remaining.
Their attention switches on Saturday to a cup challenge when the Vandals travel to Trafford MV 2nds in the NOWIRUL Primo Drinks BOWL (3N&3C) Semi-Final.
