Fylde make two changes in their starting line-up for the visit of Rotherham Titans on Saturday, 28th January. In the pack, Matt Garrod is named alongside Olli Parkinson at lock and in the backs Adam Lanigan starts on the right wing. Harlan Corrie and Ben Taylor are amongst the replacements.
A newcomer covering the prop positions is Patreece Bell who comes on a dual registration basis from the Sale Sharks Senior Academy. Patreece grew up in the Isle of Man and travels a similar route to senior rugby as fellow Manxman Bevan Rodd and Fylde Hawks newcomer this season, Joe Corkish. Patreece attended Castle Rushen High School and moved on to Kirkham Grammar School for 6th Form study. As a youngster he played for Nomads RFC and gained representative honours for the Isle of Man 7s team and the England U18s squad. He earned a Senior Academy full-time contract with Sale Sharks in April 2022.
